Pigstock: Camp Charcuterie $1,955.00 per person

Details and Payment:

  • This Program is geared for professionals.
  • Attendance limited to the first 24 registrants.  No exceptions! 
  • Payment must be paid in full at time of registration.
  • Registration non-refundable; registration is transferable if you are unable to attend. 
  • Final details, a complete attendee list and schedule will be sent to out one week in advance. 
  • All Pigstock participants will receive a certificate of completion signed by all instructors
