The Pigstock TC Dinner is a unique seven course beverage-paired dinner prepared by an all-star cast of local chefs, and features delicious Michigan-based food and beverages, with each course featuring some delectable form of pork/pig! The chefs donate their time, and all food is sourced from Cherry Capital Foods.

What I learned at Pigstock TC is that great pigs - processed by knowledgeable, skillful and passionate cooks/chefs - produce great pork to eat. I also learned the vast quality difference between heritage pigs and commodity pigs and how real pork should look.
